A Public Viewing will be held at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home-Rockport on Friday, 20th of October, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on October 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM at St Peter's Episcopal Church.
