Carl Dwight Mann, 68, of Quanah, Texas, passed away on April 5, 2026. Carl was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and lived a life defined by strength, service, and deep love for his family and friends. He proudly served as a Force Recon Marine, carrying that same dedication and discipline into his civilian career as a pipe fitter and later as a chemical and oil refinery project planner. Carl was known for his strong work ethic and his ability to get the job done right. Carl is survived by his beloved wife, Dora Mann, and his children: Garrett Cox; Shasta Phillips and her spouse Dayton Phillips; Tina Melton and her spouse Brian Melton; Gina Milam and her spouse David Milam; Barrett Mann; Jared Mann and his spouse Lisa Mann; and Rayna Knox and her spouse Bryan Knox. He was also a proud grandfather to many grandchildren whom he loved dearly. He was a man who truly loved his people. Carl was a protector by nature, a generous giver, and someone who stood firm in his beliefs. He had a great sense of humor and could always bring a smile to those around him. He enjoyed spending his time riding motorcycles, shooting guns, golfing, and making memories with family and friends. Above all, Carl loved the Lord and lived his life with faith and conviction. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his legacy of strength, loyalty, and love will live on in the hearts of his family. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
