• Our family lost someone very special, in the early morning hours of June 11, 2025 and our lives are forever changed.
• 
  
• Dare was the most wonderful, loving husband, a great father, and an adoring “Papa” to his grandchildren. He was everything a family man should be and so much more. We will strive everyday to focus on the immense blessings he brought to those of us who knew him and the legacy of love that he left behind.
• 
  
• He is survived by his wife, Kathy Wiggins; son Bruce Wiggins III; daughter Stephanie Summers with her husband Matt Summers and grandchildren Marrek Summers and Saylor Summers; daughter Caitlin Wiggins with her fiancee Clayton Sherrod; and son Samuel Wiggins with his wife Miranda Leach and soon-to-arrive granddaughter, Eleanor.

• He is also survived by his brothers, Joe Wiggins and Eddie Wiggins, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
