Brenda Riley

Brenda Sue Riley passed away October 1, 2017. She was 72 years old. She was born March 4, 1945 in Richmond, California to William and Emma Young.

She took the first steps in leading her family to serve the Lord. She was an active member of the Landmark Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Aransas Pass. She was an outstanding wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, William Louis Young, and Glen Edward Young.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Sim Riley; sons, Pastor William L.S. Riley (Joannie), and Russell J.D. Riley (Victoria); daughters, Tammy Sue Ballard (Roy), and Loretta Lynn Reed (Christopher); brother, John Marvin Young; sisters, Wanda Jean Dauksch, and Judith Ann Millican; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may be made by donations in her name to her church, Landmark Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 517 S. Ave A, Aransas Pass, Texas 78336.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2017, from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with family present to receive friends from 6:00p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 10:00 am also at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas. Burial will take place at the Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery in Dardanelle, Arkansas.
