Bobby Close Sr.

Bobby Lawrence Close Sr, 81, of Rockport, Texas, passed away on January 31, 2022. He was born on February 02, 1940 in Austwell, Texas to Longley Robert Close and Mary Margaret Close (Mayse).

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents and son Bobby L. Jr.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 63 years, Joyce Warden Close; a daughter Deanna Scott (Bob); grandchildren, Nicole Close Hill (Jason), Kristine Close Baligian (Adam), Hannah Scott, Mirian Scott Judd (Mike), Trey Close, Amelia Scott Trevino (Jesus); daughter in law Shelby Close.

Bobby served in the US Air Force for four years before entering the early world of computers. He became an Analyst/ programmer and retired from Imperial Sugar.
