ANGIE CASTILLO ADAME TIEMANN, born May 11, 1944, passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 81. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Angie was also a loyal friend—if you were lucky enough to know her, you knew her kindness, strength, and quick wit. She had a wonderful sense of humor and always knew how to bring a smile to those around her.
Angie was a proud graduate of Mary Carroll High School. She began preparing taxes at the young age of 17 and later dedicated over 20 years of service to the City of Aransas Pass. As a single mother, she always made sure her children were cared for and had everything they needed.
She loved to go fishing and spend time by the water. She was crafty and creative—often mending things around the house, crocheting beautiful blankets, and always staying busy with her hands.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Alicia Castillo; her infant sister, Hilda Castillo; and her grandparents, Alejandro and Elena Vidal, and Roman and Lillian Castillo.
She is survived by her husband, Henry William Tiemann, and her sister, Terry Castillo Moreno (Mario). The greatest joys in her life were her three children: David Adame, Daniel Adame, and Deborah Adame. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren—Faith, Heather, Abigail, Jewel, Eric, and Luke Adame—as well as seven great-grandchildren.
Angie will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
