After 14 years of public service, she retired as the City Secretary from the City of Aransas Pass. An accomplished belly dancer with a black belt in karate, she was also a licensed handgun instructor who proudly supported women’s defense. Ada’s confidence and inner strength are cherished by her close-knit community and are present in her family today and forever.

Ada will be greatly missed as heaven gains another beautiful soul.

As per Ada’s wishes, the family will not be having services. In lieu of flowers or money for the family, please find a local sewing group/club and donate in Ada’s name so that someone else may learn how to sew.
