Beloved Father and Grandfather Joseph Gustave DeGrange Sr., 77, a resident of Aransas Pass, TX went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 4, 2019. He was born April 23, 1941, in Pittsburg, PA to Marjorie Lykins.

He attended Crossroads Church. He loved the Lord and his family above all else.

Mr. DeGrange was preceded in death by daughter, Kennetha (Kittie) DeGrange; aunt, Fannie Myers; brother, Jimmy Reeder, and grandfather, Gustave DeGrange.

Left to cherish his memories are daughters, Darla Freeze, Marjorie Downum , JoAnn Johnson, Rebekah DeGrange, and Kristian DeGrange; sons, Joseph Yeamans and Joseph DeGrange; mother, Marjorie Lykins; sister, Darla Reid; brother, Mark Lynch; grandchildren, Rachelle Yeamans and Kayla (Kiki) Wells, Dylan Gwynn, Nicole and Erin Freeze, Melanie Osborne, Morgan Downum, Kaitlynn Johnson, Zachary Johnson, Lawrence Collins ,Jacey Vest, Ryder Raley, Ashlynn Coventry, Colton Themis, and Jaylynn DeGrange. He also had 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2019, at Crossroads Church located at 417 N. Houston St. Aransas Pass, TX. 78336.

    i enjoyed praying with and greeting joe as he spent years with coastal bend family worship center. i enjoyed talking with joe in 2018 about christian people. he was a man of God. i remember him using that phrase about people.
